"CASANTICA" bed and breakfast Farm Holidays at Milazzo is situated in the wonderful plain of Milazzo, onli a few minutes away from the motorway exit and the railway station. It is an interesting neoclassicist building that dates back to the beginning of the twenthieth century.
Your hosts will make you feel at home right away. If you want, you can get some fruit and vegetables from their big biological garden behind the house and you can taste some virgin-honey. You will enjoy their home made bread, wine and olive oil but you can also taste their jam, green olives, salted ricotta and the typically local "salame".

CASANTICA isn't far away from the sea so you can go to the marvellous beach in Milazzo and visit its saracen castle. Morever, it is an excellent starting point if you want to make some excursions, you can go to Taormina (Greek theatre and isola bella), Barcellona P.G. (Jalari Park), Castroreale (Castle of Federico II, king of the two sicilies), Tindari (archeological site, greek theatre, the church of Tindari and Marinello's Lake), Portorosa (It's a little bit like Venice), Montalbano Elicona (ancient castle), S. Stefano di Camastra (ceramics), Cefalù (cathedral and medieval washing place) and from the Nebrodi mountains you have a lovely view of the entire region.
CASANTICA is only a few kilometers away from the port of Milazzo so your hosts can accompany you to the harbour where you can take a boat and maybe a cruise to the eolian islands so you can get to know Vulcano, Salina, Lipari, Filicudi, Alicudi, Panarea and Stromboli. You will simply enjoy their lovely sights and beaches. You can also embark in the afternoon and admire the eruptions of the Stromboli vulcan from the sea. Aboard, you can have a party with typical eolian macaroni and local wine. You return to Milazzo around 22,30 where your hosts will be waiting for you to bring you back to CASANTICA.
The owners of CASANTICA are Nunzia and Lorenzo. They have beautiful bedrooms (2-4 persons/room) available in their beautiful house. Every room has air conditioning, tv, telephone, a fridge and a nice bath room. Their tasty and abundant breakfast of home-made products is served in a big kitchen. Next to the house there is a big parking.

You can reach this place by plane (the nearest airports are Catania and Reggio Calabria). From Catania and Reggio Calabria you can take a bus direction Milazzo and get of at "Olivarella" near to CASANTICA. The railway station is at 1 Km and the motorway exit of Milazzo is at 0,5 Km where someone will be waiting for you to accompany you to CASANTICA where you will spend a most pleasant holiday.
